The third (top right) two truths been a lie (that starts out "I have eight tattoos") is Claire's (it matches her handwriting from the "Phil has..." note—which we know she wrote, because she was partnered with Phil on the scavenger hunt).

The fourth (bottom left) 2 truths and a lie matches the McLovin handwriting, and the 2nd (top center) 2 truths and a lie matches The Romantics' handwriting.

The McLovin handwriting also matches the Never Have I Ever that says "Never have I ever stolen a friend's girlfriend."

Do you know who wrote that Never Have I Ever? If you're not sure, read the "Phil has..." note carefully.

The third scavenger hunt team (that didn't get a picture of the heart shaped rock) is The Romantics.

The second (top center) 2 truths and a lie is a member of the Romantics (same handwriting). We can infer that the first (top left) 2 truths a lie is also a member of the Romantics (because their lie is "I hate rom-coms").
